It was early September, and I decided to wake up before dawn to be able to enjoy the sunrise from Knuthöjdsmossen nature reserve. I sat on the shore of one of the many lakes in the area, surrounded by a gentle mist, tasting the silence and absolute peace. I decided to shoot when the first rays of the sun cleared the sky. The composition, centered and symmetrical, wants to reflect the absolute stillness of that moment.
