While virtually flying over the Po River delta with Google Earth, I spotted a wooded patch that caught my attention.
Intrigued, I decided to take a walk and explore the area, and I discovered a beautiful back-dune forest of stone pines and maritime pines, often draped in ivy, accessible through a tangled network of paths that allows you to get—quite literally—lost inside it.
